The I AM Project - Client Intake

Begin The I AM
Project

You don’t need more effort. You need a stronger center.
The I AM Project helps you rebuild clarity, steadiness, and alignment, so your life stops pulling in different directions. To begin, you’ll complete a short, specially designed intake questionnaire. It gives you a clear baseline across the most important areas of your life, so we know exactly where to start.

What You’re Starting

This is a practical process for rebuilding from the center of your values outward. Not becoming someone else, becoming more grounded in who you’re meant to be.

Most people don't need more information, they need to discover their blind spots

The intake questionnaire shows:

  • Where you're grounded and consistent
  • Where you're slipping or scattered
  • What's most likely pulling the rest of your life off course

You'll answer on a simple 1–5 scale:

5 = integrated and consistent

1 = reactive and fragmented

“Since using the I AM Board, the client reported that she and her parts had been able to work together more collaboratively during stressful activating events. The client also reported becoming better able to recall events that occurred when another part was in control and to switch back into control at critical moments during a crisis or event.”
“Since beginning to use the I AM Board, the client stopped drinking, which had been a significant struggle for him. The visual representation helped him identify where he needed to focus to create greater harmony in his life.”
